Hi. I applied under HCCP last January 2020. With 3 dependents- husband and 2 kids. Medicals, Biometrics, PCCs, RPRF requested last July 2022 and done Aug 8. Waiting now for eligibility. Background check in progress.
The problem is, i dont know if I paid for my 1 dependent since I decided to add her to accompany us to canada last Aug. 2021. Other than the overdue payment which is CAD150, documents and employment letter are correct since last year. CIC also did not ask for missing payment when they sent request letter last July 2022. And no additional documents needed in the case status. I paid for my dependent this month just in case and uploaded in the webform with apology letter. Will it delay/refuse our application?

Did IRCC ask you to send your financial statement and also did you fill the study permit form for your children?

No, they did not send financial statemeny nor study permit since my dependent that I am not sure if I paid is 1 year old.
Will it delay the process?

Dependents less than Study age, should have applied Visitor Visa.

Problem now is my 5 year old son who is exempted before of study permit. Now he's 7, do i need to apply him a study permit before final decision of our application arrives? My visa officer did not ask for study permit in his last request letter.

I don't think so, they will ask it if it would be necessary
