Hello,

I have a full biological brother who recently got his permanent residence card about 8 months ago.
I would like to know if he can sponsor me. I am a little confused about what written on CIC website.

I am 25 years of age and I currently live in canada for the past 5 years going to University I doing my Dr.
I also have another full biological brother who goes to university up here he's been living in canada for 2 years.

This is what is written on CIC website as far as I understand I could be sponsored is that correct?
You can sponsor:

brothers or sisters, nephews or nieces, granddaughters or grandsons who are orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship
another relative of any age or relationship but only under specific conditions (see Note below)
accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).
Note: You can sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship only if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class, and you do not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident or registered as an Indian under the Indian Act.

Does you brother have a wife?

Does he have children?

Are your parents still alive?

If the answers to any of the questions above is yes - your brother cannot sponsor you.

You cannot be sponsered by a brother or father under the family class in your case. You can qualify on your own under a different class. You can use your brother and father padding to an applicatioin to show it will be easier for you to integrate in Canadian society. There is a point system and that is where they can help you.

In the good old days, I have seen cases here in canada where biological brother sponsored my high school classmate and his family to Canada. They lives in Toronto,Ontario right now.

Immigartion Canada law chenge so fast and migrating to this hight tax country is gething difficult everyday.
