I'm applying for my parents and have filled out the use of representative form IMM5475. We applied April 22, received AOR April, and I haven't been able to create an account for myself since then. It keeps giving me an error when trying to get a Party ID and says, "Incorrect email or full name. Please try again" but I'm writing everything down as I had in the form, and i've tried variations of it with no luck. Is the representative system broken?
I've since created individual tracker accounts for both parents, but I'm worried if this will affect the progress of their applications. They're both older than the cutoff for the language proof and citizenship test but their application is showing in progress since April 27th. Should I call to see what's happening or is this a non-issue as long as they have individual tracker accounts?
