Having bachelor's and submitting high school diploma

Hi folks

I have a question about education documents to send with application for FSW. If I hold a 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering from university, do I need to send my high school diploma certificate and transcripts too? Because in one of the forms, it asked about both post-secondary education and high school details.

You have to send high school transcript and attendance certificate.

Thanks for your reply. Could you tell me where this requirement is mentioned exactly? Because we get points only for the highest degree (bachelor's degree in this case), I thought a high school diploma would not be required. Moreover, if the high school diploma is from outside Canada, do I need to submit ECA report for it as well?
