Haven't received original documents after applying for FSW

Dear Forum members

I had applied for FSW but was found ineligible due to some mistake in the LMO. I was inform that I was ineligible in 1st of November 2013. Now two months have passed and I haven't received may original documents that I sent with my application nor the bank cheque.
Should I worry, or I need to wait longer.

You need to wait longer. I would expect it's going to be another two months before you receive your application back.

I will receive also the cheque together with the original documents?
Do you know what would be validity of the cheque?
The problem is that I plan to land in Canada in mid Feb as a temp worker and I am afraid I might receive the cheque later. So I don't lf I will have enough time to find somebody that will come to canada to bring me the cheque so I can change it.
