Hello, help needed please. We are moving to Canada in June 2022, we can't sell our house just yet so it will be sold when we are in Canada. That income will be placed in my UK bank account and transferred to my Canadian bank account. Do I have to pay taxes on it in Canada?

If you sell at a loss, then no taxes payable.
