Have done two medical tests, which one to upload

I have done two medical upfront from my home country. One was for study permit 2020 and then another was done when I stayed in India for 5.5 months 2021 so I thought of doing another one just in case there is an issue with flights. I have two upfronts, should I upload the recent upfront or the previous one ?
