Hello, My brother is in Canada and his spouse is back home. He is applying for his individual PR and spouse is non accompanying at this time. In the PR documents list it asks for spouse and dependant medical exam. Is the medical exam required upfront? or later once the officer request for it...

Called IRCC, they said app in process just a matter of time it will be printed and shipped. There is no visa office for PR card, it is fulfilled centralized.

Got first GU on my PR card application - FD dated July 04th

For me TRV is still valid on gckey.
