The phone call for us came 2 months 21 days after the file transfer, and 2 months 8 days from when our file was received in havana. the annoying part is we have to wait one month 3 days before the interview now which seems to be longer than the previous interviews, but nothing to do! Im happy we got a call because it was seeming like it would never come! Just wish the interview was a week or so earlier so there would be a better chance of him coming with me when we fly back jan 3rd, right now it seems pretty impossible but still keeping my fingers crossed that christmas will bring us some miracles

I know and I read the link. Problem is I needed hubby to reserve our hotel room (and therefore pay for it) asap, so i was gonna use it anyways since it's the only quick option. Besides, they already have my credit info from before anyways... but it doesnt work anyway! so its a no-go. I found out you can transfer pretty easily from National Bank. Takes 2-3 days! Will use that method!
I'll be leaving on the 20th to go to Cuba. Hubby and I will fly into Havana on the 23rd, hopefully fly out the 24th in the evening. It will be the furthest thing from a relaxing trip! lol But if this whole nightmare of waiting can be over with at the end of it I'll be the happiest woman in the world!

Thanks! Ive looked into it but I think its the one that takes afew weeks to set up right? I can do it anyways but I was looking for something immediate! We also want to reserve our flights to and from havana asap, and CT was the quickest since Id already had it set up and it would transfer in a couple hours. Obviously it's not the safest route after recent revelations but was gonna do it once more! Ill look in Duales if national bank becomes a problem!ppsandy79 said:

Hey Avana....when Yoani got his pre they would not physically release it to him until he had his airplaine ticket in hand. I used Cubana Airlines and when I called they asked if he had his PRE already before I booked...I said yes and that they will release it to him when he shows them his airline ticket. Booked my flight right away through the agent. Had my ticket in 5 minutes and Yoani picked a copy up the next day in a travel office that has Cubana Airlines.Avana said:
