I know a person from Russia, who did it. She got a receipt with a bar-code via email, printed and sighned it and sent it with her docs to Sydney. She paid a processing fee, not RPRF.

Hi, can you explain this more in detail? You mean Sydney has accepted this method, but Londo VO won't. Your files has been transferred to London by Sydney officer, right? I don't understand, do you need submit files again to London? Thank you in advancechiefmissile said:Hi,
I did this for RPRF after my application went to Sydney, and have been told now that I can't send this receipt to the London VO. I noe have to get a refund (Easy) and send a bankers draft instead! Crazy if you ask me, would make this much easier for everyone. If you have not sent your application yet, then you can pay the fees online and include the receipt with your application.
Regards
Andrew
Will you re-submit whole files again? I just re-submit, and when i track my package, it was delayed by Canada Customs~ I don't know why, it's just a few papers~~~atinsingh said:Actually my application has been returned due to birth certificate, I want to doubly sure that this time no issues, so a bit worried about the payment

So, sending the package to Sydney doesn't mean "If you are applying at an office in Canada", the Visa Office selected in the form is the office I applied, correct?mr_bhatt said:I just sent my file to Sydney and I paid online for both application fees and RPRF in one receipt. Btw I chose New Delhi as visa office even though I am in Canada.
