Yes I entered with expire PR in Sep 2014 at rainbow bridge.vivek901 said:

No i didn't apply but i was crossing border with my sons holding Canadian passport and i was not in breach of residency that time. i applied to renew in June 2015 and after secondary review received card Nov 2016.vivek901 said:
