Hello Guys,
Need your help, i understand that its almost 3 weeks since FSW was open again and there is a limit of 300 CAP for each NOC.

I have collected all my documents now and am ready to apply, just wanted to know if its worth applying now (as i feel 300 cap should have been reached in the 1st week itself) and if CIC is still accepting applications.

Any info woulf be of great help.

Thanks,

It is probably already reached...well, it depends on what is your NOC code also.

**** There is no real way for anyone to know if the NOC cap has been reached. You can check the "Total received toward the overall cap" CIC site for further updates (of course though, this site is likely not updated regularly, the last update on the site was on May/03/2013)

You will just have to apply and hope for the best.....or you will just have to give up for now.

Here is the link to check the CAP :

Thanks for the info guys,
I guess we need to try our luck 8)

Hello people,

The CIC link for number of complete applications received does not show any number. What does that mean? They must not be updating this at all, although they say they would update it on weekly basis.

Check during end of June. CIC will take some time to evaluate the docs.

Just imagine the abnormal flow of packets in CIC office, it will take time for their limited staff to open & go through all of them to check if all the documents are complete & then update the table ... they wouldn't hire & train temps to manage the rush of applicants !

Hello guys!

So, hasn't CIC updated the total received toward the overall cap yet? I don't understand. Do we have only the information of applicatons recieved untill May 5th??

Correct. The next updates will in all likelihood give us more of an indication of what is happening.

a bit confusing this stastics is. CIC mentions it is as of may, 2013 what does this mean? and second if you people see the note no.1 it is just an estimate not accurate by CIC.
