maybe those were statistics by "end of may" .....if that's true then probably sometime soon they will announce "end of June" stats..and probably thats when we'll see that some NOCs are close to the cap. As probably in may most of the applicants were busy with ECA & IELTS and preparing the required documentation.....the real statistics will be of "June"luqi said:a bit confusing this stastics is. i think they probably received too many applications so that gave them a hard time to check each one and identify & count the complete onesluqi said:a bit confusing this stastics is.
