14 months now, IRCC told me that my file hasn’t touched since January 2020. So ridiculous, CanHaiti isn’t doing a thing to process PR files.

I’ve started to hear that. How do you know if your app has been transferred? I have not been notified of my app moving. Is it all apps or just some?

Yes. I made my sister call ( from Haiti) them and then put me on the phone. It didn’t help, except when the guy said they’re working on files that were sent in before Covid-19.
