I know all you guys are astep ahead. but here I am having a peculiar situation.
I applied my AIPNP application in the month of April 14 2009.
Along with me 3 of my friend applied.

In the Month of the July I received the File No. And my friends received the after two months ie the file number.

After 5 all of my three friends received their nomination from Alberta Immigration. and Till now I did not.

I am unable to understand why I am unable to receive it.

When I changed my address I updateds in usps and also sent an email to them notifying the change of the address. I got reply from them saying that address change will matched to my application.

Please could sombody can throw some light on this Please

The applications received on April 14 were special cases. AINP had issued file numbers to those whose application receipt date was April 14 before they issued file numbers to those who applied in March (no one knows why AINP did this). But obviously AINP is now issuing nomination certificates based on application receipt date, not file number issue date, and this is why April 14 applicants needs to wait a little longer after receiving file number (AINP issue nominations based on applicant's NOC code, too). And it seems that AINP is working on issuing nomination to Jan, Feb, and Mar applicants now. So don't worry. You'll receive your nomination soon.

Thank you Jasper for clarifying me but I have one more question.

Recently there is change in the company name. So called upon my employer and explained my situation, then he sent me the name change documents.
I faxed these documents and my latest paystub to AIPNP office in which there is a new name of the my employers company name... Sometimes I am kinda worried whether this will effect my asessment... in issuing the nomination.

i try not to call the AIPNP OFFICE as it may delay the processing time of my application.???????

is there any other information I need to send to AIPNP office. cause my I797 is now having the new company name in it........

It is good to provide AINP with any updates and it does not affect your assessment (as long as your H1-B is valid or your NOC code does not change). Even though AINP usually ask for documents like recent paystub, I-797, etc just before issuing nomination, you should give them updates by fax or mail whenever or as soon as you can (especially H1-B related documents such as I-797).

Appu,

Some of the applicants got their nomination with out asking for any pay-stub/I-797 .
You can mail them or call them to check your file status if you really worried.Guess there is nothing much to worry

Hi Seniors,
Your response is highly appreciated.

Deatils OF FAMILY MEMEBERS

You must provide the following details about each of your family members, Whether they will be accompanying you to canada or not. You must inlcude your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada.

Apart from me and my husband and kid, do we need to include parents details and brother and sister details even they dont have passport?

Pls help me on this matter

Thanks
Alekya

Aleky,

Sorry I stand corrected. If your parents and siblings are not going to be migrating with you to canada then the dont need to in the section you quoted below
But you should review the "how to fill out form guide" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP78.asp
