My H1B expired on June 22, 2009, and I have sent it for renewal so, waiting for the approval from USCIS.

AINP has informed me that they will keep my application pending till I send my H1B approval.

Received my nomination at friend's address(My Mailing address) on monday. Will update you with "Date on nomination" once i receive from him. Till then all the best to you all. I have updated my information on online spreadsheet.

Yes according to me, but bit confused with the receipt number email states your application receipt date is March 09,2009.

Here is my time line:
Application Sent: 22nd january 2009
Application Received in AINP, according to FedEx: 26th january 2009
Received Receipt Number: April 22nd 2009
Application Receipt date mentioned in the Email: March 09 2009.

Document Requested Date: Nov 25th 2009

I have setup a rule in my yahoomail to move messages from Alberta Immigration to separate folder if the "from" contains the key word "gov.ab.ca"

Kindly let me know if i need to include any extra rule or filter so that I do not miss my messages.
I am worried that the email might go into the spam and I might loose it.Hence I am requesting all of you to kindly let me know
any other rule/filter that you are using.

I have few of my friends who have applied after me and they got the nominations.
Today I called up ANIP and asked them if they are waiting for any information from me.
They told me that I need to completely depend on my email.If email is lost for any reason, they said its our responsibilty
and that they cannot provide any information through phone.

Please let me know how everyone is taking precautions not to loose the emails through spam.Please let me know any other filters
that need to be used.

I am aslo under 2173, applied on mar 24th. I haven't received any communication regarding doc request. What is u r time line?

I too sent it in the same time frame 25 Mar to 7 Apr. (I do not know the exact date as I applied through agent)
Recieved file number on Aug 11. I am hoping to get something from Alberta.

abInMind still no news from AINP. They requested for documents on Nov 12th but I am out of H1B status as of now and am in my homecountry of Peru. I hope they accept my application as it reached them before Feb 19th.
