My H1B expired on June 22, 2009, and I have sent it for renewal so, waiting for the approval from USCIS. AINP has informed me that they will keep my application pending till I send my H1B approval.

I got an email from AINP for updates about H1B, address change etc. yesterday Does that mean that I will get the nomination soon. suri.

Maybe you will get it 2mrw, because I applied on March 9th and I got the file number today. Keep hoping .......

Hey......I got my file number today :) Application reached March 9th 2009. the file number is 09-2037. Finally the March people are seeing some file numbers.

PK933 You have mentioned 6/28/2009 in VSRAO's database, can you please correct it to 07/28/2009, because of that the total numbers taken for getting the file number is wrong. Thanks

Hi all, My application reached Alberta on March 9th, I still did not receive any file number or any other communication from them. I did not even receive the email which talks about premium processing. It will be four months as of today, what am I suppost to do ? Just wait or should I call...
