I pray God day and night for my application to be approved this year.
Keep praying and have faith. God answers prayer. H & C is a battle of which I surrendered mine to God. I pray and praise God while waiting. It’s not in God’s nature to fail. He always makes a way.

They’re not gonna approve every single person who apply for H&c special your on visitor status or etc
in Toronto if you talk to lawyer he/she will tell you have strong case for H&c And the poor immigrants are believing them because they don’t know what’s going on Actually 80% of lawyers in Ontario are hustler
95% of application got approved because of the applicants work really hard to get approved
I had a lawyer but I did all the work for it
Only he uses law language that’s it

I’m not gonna give credit to my lawyer
God is great he helped me show the way
It is funny but all our lawyers kept repeating that we have no chance. Last lawyer basically refused to re-submit 3rd HC application (after 2 refused HCs) and found a dozen reasons to discourage us from filing appeal. One lawyer said to just pack up and go back home (easy to say for them).

So I had to write a third HC myself for my partner and this is when he finally got AIP.

True talk Tony4454. Ayanna is not permitted to leave . God has been using her to answer people’s questions and thereby bringing them relief. I thank God for showing her mercy.
@Ayanna continue with the good job and May God continue to answer your prayers and bless you dear sis.

@Ayanna the entire forum knows your value. Truth that you speak "hurts" some posters. Please ignore them and continue advocating for the oppressed. They need you.

April 2021. AIP came in May because he was scheduled for deportation. That helped accelerate the process. My partner already shipped back home all his belongings when the AIP came as a big surprise after a 6-year legal battle:

2015 - lost PR due to misrepresentation
2019 - lost federal court appeal
April 2019 - applied HC
July 2019 - applied PRRA to delay deportation
July 2020 - refused HC and PRRA
October 2020 - 2nd HC submitted
February 2021 - 2nd HC refused
April 16, 2021 - 3rd HC submitted
May 2021 - almost got deported but CBSA granted administrative deferral
May 5th, 2021 - AOR
May 7th, 2021 - Biometrics request
May 10th, 2021 - Biometrics done
May 18th, 2021 - AIP and request for police certificate, right of PR fee and financial docs
May 21st, 2021 - all requested documents provided to BRO
May 27th, 2021 - medicals requested for him and all non-accompanying kids abroad
June 4th, 2021 - medicals completed
June 8th, 2021 - medicals received by IRCC

I am kind of confused. People usually are inadmissible for 5 years for Misrepresentation, your partner was inadmissible since 2015, so he is no longer inadmissible in 2020, so you can sponsor him as your spouse within Canada, elbow come the lawyers say you have no chance?
