Guys do you know if I go to boarder if I can get ECOPR from them? Or should I email Niagara? My school requires this by Tuesday or am going to be de-enrolled from my degree program.

The border cannot issue the eCOPR. You can try emailing Niagara. I don't know if that will work but worth trying.

Niagara ircc officer sent you email you pr approval bottom irccc officer id mention ,you can use this email but
Make sure your subject line your uci and h&c application no.

i can try to feel your anxiety but, what would you have done you are still waiting for AIP? Patience is one thing that Canada immigration thought everyone.

I would have applied study permit but because I got AIP officer told me not to apply as if it was him he would not as approval would be out.

Ok…just saying everyone understand am a student and a health care worker. I was accepted in my degree program when I spoke to immigration about study visa in September I was told by an agent not to apply as my file would be finish by then as all requirements were passed. Now my acceptance is at risk of loosing my seat in university as they told me the email I have of approval can’t be used I need COPR. So please if you do not understand how approval in university works just leave my comment. If I loose my spot I might not get accepted till another year and a half. As my program is a competitive one.

be sure, you have the right to apply for study permit or work permit after AIP without any problem.

Exactly if they dont get docs by required time, you will be deferred from course and have to enroll again in next batch whenever its available. Hope you get it soon!!!

Yes and even without AIP I had the write to apply. As a fail refugee once I can proof support i could have gotten study permit.
