Hi every one I need some urgent help with some information. I am a failed refugee and my judicial appeal also got rejected in January of this year 2022. It's been 6 months since I got the negative decision from judicial court .

I received a letter from CBSA today that says I am subject to a removal order that is in force . And they called me for an interview next month and asked me to bring all the immigration documents and court decisions.
Does anyone know what will happen and what they will ask me ? Also I am scared about this, will I be deported on that interview date ? Please if dome one can help me with this and tell me what to do next ?
Regards

Did you submit application for H&C ?Do you have any children ? If you have an application in pending you can ask for administrative deferral and they might ask you to be reporting weekly or biweekly

No not yet I have to wait for one year to apply for H&C because there is a one year bar . I will be eligible to apply for H&C next January

Okay I think you go for the interview ,they will not be able to deport you with an expired passport . Are you using any lawyer ?
Hello, they can remove with AN EXPIRED PASSPORT! This I experienced last year, we had expired passports and CBSA was hell bent on removing us!!
Still here by God's grace!

Hi, I experienced this before, on the day of the first interview with CBSA, they asked us to book flights to leave Canada!!
Not to scare you, some cbsa officers may be considerate. However, those that handled ours were not!! They refused us deferral and all and were HELL BENT on us leaving Canada.
All the best, like I said- your officer might be considerate!!
