As long as a person have a valid passport with cbsa . They have the authority to deport the person . If his or her case get negative result
it happened with I did everything before Aip
After Aip they requested my wife medical and RCMP background check
Bein in Canada of course we are.but I think it means other requirements like checking medical, job, tax and all other requirements including background check
In other words...I mean maybe it means they are close to make the decision ( Final result) after changing all requirements
Hi, i Don't think so but why you applied for h&c stream if you are married to a canadian wife ? she could sponsor you easly , no ?

I agreed with Ayanna , it’s better to have a joint account and income sources. but still need evidence from you that you are working at this moment . If you have then get one letter and two pay stubs. after you don't need to worry and then you will be easily eligible consider
you should update your h&c send married certified pictures letter and a statement of your wife
Better do it as fast you can
Now you can get PR under h&c
