Still no AIP - it looks like they are just changing the timelines of all the steps... its not in any particular order anymore... medical is passed but eligibility isnt started yet - its very strange..
What is your timeline?
It’s hard to predict the results as of today I have talked to an agent I was told by him nobody know what is next assessment that’s something call officer discretion mine the same medical passed last month
And eligibility, security not started yet
Criminality and info sharing are passed on the first month of my application

Hi anyone advice me, I did reconsideration but yet I didn’t receive any information, I don’t have any idea what I should do ? Should I wait for the results of Reconsideration or submit new H&C application??? Whatever the results, Reconsideration will send me ???.
Security not started.. We are at almost 20 months now.. what is your timeline?
No one really knows what's going on to be honest, my application for H&C has been in criminality in process since April 2022 and till date nothing else has been started asides that. i have called and checked even my MP office sent a follow up to IRCC, the only response is application is in queue for review which is completely disturbing. time line will be 24 months in a few days. how come nothing has been done and all they say is we do not need anything from you at the moment. can anyone guide or advice on what might be going on ?
I agree.. calling or getting anyone else involved before 17-18 months is rushing it.. but its also very frustrating and difficult when there is no movement at all on some cases and others are completed within the year.. especially when it involves cases of people out of status or emergency situations where people need to travel or any such thing.. but all we have are each other's testimonies to help get through this..I believe some of our friends are rushing. In the next four days, we will reach the completion of 14 months, and the commencement of the 15th month is imminent, with only the criminality passed. Please exercise more patience.
24 months is something to get MP involved.. Its just frustrating.. I have seen that there are 1-2 cases which have been going on for this long on this forum.. but I think you should be able to use the Writ of Mandamus at this point?

Btw in less than 9 months i ordered 5 GCMS notes , calling daily , emailing three HM offices weekly despite updated by webform monthly and still not enough I involved MP office last month that how you should treat ircc officer otherwise they just ignored your file
Sorry I forgot to mentioned I updated my file some time by regular mail to burrant st BC by Canada post yea that is how it works for me
