H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Hi everyone,

I have finally received GCMS notes but I don’t feel that there’s anything important in it. Many empty pages. Any help to what I have to focus on.
the primary office: HM Vancouver
Secondly office: RROC

5-Ask for passports, employment letter and paystub / 7 June 2022

8-uploaded photo and address through portal on 8 November 2022
Still waiting for Ecopr.

The only time your H&C is hold is when you have a case at the RAD or maybe you did not qualify for the exemption regarding the legislation to apply for H&C.

If that's the case, your file will be held not only until J R is concluded but after 1 year of JR completion.

No. my assertion is fact and not assumption. Though you may not agree. We have argued it on this forum many times until it happened to me and I got clarification from immigration officer that H&C file will be on hold until JR is decided upon.

Okay! I get your point but I will still maintain that it's not a one size fits all situation based on my personal experience as well. There is a background to why your file was put on hold.

Again! I'm saying this base on my experience.
I have H&C and JR sumbitted together at the same time.

Judge granted Leave for JR and 6weeks after, I received 1st stage approval for H&C.

Both were in progress and being processed simultaneously!

Almost same timeline after decision made. I submitted photo, confirm present In Canada and address November 8 too..

Hlo guys can you give me advise my H&c application is still showing in process. I attend interview with cbsa they allow me to go back. My lawyer send deferral letter to CBSA. But they deny it but now he applied application for federal court. What is the process for can anyone help me please . Cbsa allow me ticket for 29 nov for return back.

What is RROC?
Also referred to as the Rapid Response Operations Centre or Resettlement Operations Centre is in Ottawa, Ontario. This office deals with refugee and existing Express Entry applications and is tasked with processing immigration applications for certain NOC’s (National Occupational Classification) that are deemed essential for Canada

Iam talking about refugee JR. I think you put JR for your HC refusal
