If you don’t get notes when you write them that means they send it straight to CBSA that’s what happen to me. But you can put in appeal without refusal notes. The lawyer did for me and I did my new H&C without him knowing. So it’s when I got AIP I told him to please let the federal know about this.Does anyone know how long it takes to get refusal notes for HC after you email vancouver office? Based on my research we have 15 days to appeal from the date decision was made. If we dont know why they refused the case how can we submit for appeal? if vancouver office delays in responding after multiple follow ups what are the next steps? Also when can one file for reconsideration.
Thanks for your response. Ive called the CBSA and they said they never receive any refusal notes and he advised that I should call directly CIC which is impossible. My lawyer submitted 3 requests via email to send us refusal notices and no response since last week. Even if I want to appeal the decision I wont have time... it's hard to resubmit new application, send for reconsideration, or to appeal as I have not idea what office dislikes or was missing in my application I had a complete package with very strong evidences and supporting docs... thats why it's hard to take any action without officer giving you any reasons of refusal....If you don’t get notes when you write them that means they send it straight to CBSA that’s what happen to me. Thank you so much for help. Appreciate your response. Ive done it and it's been several days no response yet. I will wait another day or two and maybe send another follow up. They are delaying response.@CanadaMKMK22 For me I sent an email to this address CIC-Vancouver-BRO-BRA@cic.gc.ca requesting refusal notes and they replied me within 2days with the notes. Use your application number - refusal note request as the subject.
