Hello guys, You guys are doing a great work here so i decided to encourage somebody as i also learn a lot here through Ayanna and the wonderful people like her. I am a failed refugee claimant with wife and three little kids of which one is a citizen. I applied for H&C Nov 2020 together with JR but the JR failed in Aug 2021 and throughout the period my H&C status at ECAS didn't changed at all. It changed around late Dec or early Jan 2022 as i got tired of checking and i stopped. So that's where you guys come in, during those periods, i always wait for Ayanna and the rest to comment so i can take solace in those comments, trust me, the positive energy from them worked for me. The bottom line is just be positive, forget whatever processing time IRCC is putting out there, it will sure get to your turn and it will end in Praise. Lastly ,before i forget, got my AIP Feb23 after 15months of waiting. My case/argument is based on settlement in Canada and interest of children. PLEASE KEEP THE POSITIVE ENERGY ON....ITS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!

May i ask you if you live in Canada more than 5 years ? and what was your hardship arguments in general ?
May i know where they issued your AIP ? Montreal ?

I got to Canada Dec 2017,I don't really know much as i used a lawyer, However, I still have a valid work permit and a have a job which i have been doing for over 3yrs now and also my wife is working too, maybe that helped my case too i wouldn't know, plus my refugee claim does not fail due to credibility. Those are the arguments my lawyer put together as i do check whatever he's putting in as submission for me and again, i do update my application regularly with pay slips, children report card, life insurance documents and the likes. My AIP was issued in Vancouver office but my file has now been transferred to Niagara. I hope that answers your question my friend?

may i know if you are from a developped country like europe ? i dont want to know your nationality its your privacy but just want to know if you are from a strong country because people from countries like japan for exemple or Italy ( like any eu country ) don't have big chances like immigrants from third world country

I am from third world country....But i believe strongly that a tight application will scale through with God, no matter where you are from.

I applied January 2022 recieved AOR March so far just a waiting game not in a rush .

Hello I applied in January I have not received anything. Is this normal?

My lawyer gave me a Canada post courier tracking number and it shows package with my second H&C reached immigration BC on January 5 as of today.i have nothing to show it was received,no AOR.can this be normal?

That’s normal you will receive AOR soon. I would say by end of next month

Medical : Not stated
Information sharing: completed
Criminality: pass
It states due date for eligibility was Nov 27, 2021.
Minimum requirement: met
Security due date is Oct 28, 2022.
Am not sure what else to look for

There is section "incoming correspondence" and "outgoing correspondence" in later pages. Very useful if you suspect that you missed a letter from them or if you want to check whether they received something you sent them. If you order notes again later, look for the very last 2-3 pages where officer's decision notes will be populated (after all your evidences have been reviewed).

Our agent unfortunately chose not to send us refusal letter and it went directly to CBSA - however it showed up in outgoing correspondence in GCmS notes and we were able to quickly prepare a new HC before CBsA reached out to us. GCMS is a life saver for those of us who are hanging in limbo through this entire process...

I am not wishing a refusal upon you, of course - this is just a general observation for all users' benefit.

Have you tried applying for GCM note?

It could give you more insight to what's going on.

11months is a good timeline to have garnered some good progress i will assume.

I have not applied GCMS note. will wait a month more .
