You don't have to learn German if you are going to their international universities like Jacobs etc. Engineering is renown throughout

Hey arun... I know how it feels when you r out of options.. I was in the same situation few days back...
Since you have decided to go Germany I'll not tell you to change your mind but you can still apply to Canada... you have uWindsor, Acadia university, Carleton University and many colleges still accepting applications... and you can apply to Carleton where you have strong chance of getting admit as you have better profile than me (I got 80% and TOEFL-98 but never submitted any papers).. I am waiting for Carleton's decision.. Further you can apply to colleges(I got admit from Humber college), and mr. TIGER007 told me that you have a option of doing 1 year PG then opt for 1 yr M.Eng next year so that you can get 2 year education and apply for 3 yr work permit.. Also there are many 2 yr courses at Fleming, Humber, George-Brown, fanshawe etc like Wireless comm, IT solutions etc...
decision is yours..

Average fees in Colleges is $15000/yr. (It varies by course). And for scholarships, contact College authorities.

Best of Luck.

No man... colleges are not that costly.. Humber is charging $13500(2sem+health cover) per year, for my program and its around $12800 for other programs...
This is mentioned in my offer letter about scholarship----> - two full tuition cover, two $5000 and ten $1000 thats all..
you can see other colleges which charge in range: $10000-$13500....
