Hey arun... I know how it feels when you r out of options.. I was in the same situation few days back...
Since you have decided to go Germany I'll not tell you to change your mind but you can still apply to Canada... you have uWindsor, Acadia university, Carleton University and many colleges still accepting applications... and you can apply to Carleton where you have strong chance of getting admit as you have better profile than me (I got 80% and TOEFL-98 but never submitted any papers).. I am waiting for Carleton's decision.. Further you can apply to colleges(I got admit from Humber college), and mr. TIGER007 told me that you have a option of doing 1 year PG then opt for 1 yr M.Eng next year so that you can get 2 year education and apply for 3 yr work permit.. Also there are many 2 yr courses at Fleming, Humber, George-Brown, fanshawe etc like Wireless comm, IT solutions etc...
