Yes you do stand a chance at the suggested universities. Make sure you present your profile best.. you can cover your UG score by elaborating on your Extra- curricular activities, Internships, work exp, project works, presentations etc., You need to have a profile which could beat another 70+% application, hope you understand this..

5) University of Manitoba (affordable Fees)

7) Dalhousie University (1 year course)
8) Ryerson University
9) University of Regina
10) MUN

I suggest you go for Ontario province. The place is very good if your aiming to Computer Science field.

I am also looking to apply for september intake in Canada but I am little worried about getting a visa.

10th 53% 2007

Work experience till 2014

in 2013 applied for US student visa got rejected twice on grounds of (1) Financial statement (2) not grade grades.

Started BBA in 2015 have just completed 2 semester
86% in first semester & 85% in second semester thinking about apply for university for Bachelor's in Acxounting and finace or BBA need advice about what to do & what are chances for visa ?

You need a IELTS band score of at least 7 with no individual band less than 6.5 for masters.

Universities in Ontario province -
1) University of Ottawa
2) Carleton University
3) York University
4) Ryerson University

You can also check for universities in Toronto too... They are little expensive and tough to get in too.. like University of Toronto, Simon Fraser University etc.,

I would say do a good research before you apply.

I am planing to do MS in computers in Canada.Below is my profile,

IELTS: Over all 7( L: 8.5, R 7.5, W/S: 6)( Valid till Aug'16)
Experience: Around 6 years of Exp as a software engineer(Currently working in TechM)

Education:
B.Tech in Information Technology with 58.64% (18 Backlogs: Rewritten exams and passed)
12th Maths Physics chemistry 63%
10th 76%

Could you please let me know below queries:
1) From which universities or collages, can I get admission in Canada
2) Can I get visa as i have backlogs.
3) when will be the next intake and when to start the admission process.
