i want to ask somthing...if my wife will get student visa in this JAN2011 then after how many months can i"ll apply for spouse visa?
and it is right to apply spouse visa from india or i should try to get visitor visa and then after will apply depend visa from Canada?

Actually once my visa got rejected in Sept. intelk. :'(

just a small question
actually one question is disturbing many students !! THAT IS A YEAR OF STUDY MEANS 8 MONTHS DURATION ??
mine is a 2 year diploma course starting in jan 2012 .everywhere it is mentioned as a 2 year course ,but its actual length being 16 mnths,(4 terms)
KINDLY HELP !!

Oh....after completing 2 semester you can take one semester off. In that semester you can work full time. So duration of study automatically come 12 month. If you want you can continue study in 3rd semester. its up to u.
So your study will complete in 4 continuous semester instead of 6 semester including off semester.

NOC is required when u r a convict person or else it is nt required my frnd!!!!!k

Q1:they asked why u r in canda?how did u get adm??so simple questions dont worry!
Q2:na they dint chck mine but i saw there the laggageof my flyt mates were chcking by officers at the tym of entry!!!depends on ur luck buddy!!!
Q3:na i dint carry any data bro!!!
