as u r living in UAE, approach to Indian embassy in UAE and ask them u need PCC for canada immigration, they will tell you the procedure for getting indian PCC without coming to India...

i recommend you to start the PCC process as soon as possible so that you can send all your documents to CHC after ur first AOR...hope info. is useful...

Thanks pareshbhai... if they are 100% satisfied with ur paperwork and application, then only they issue medicals.. visa tou saheb laagvanaaj che... however its a time that will test ur patience and may also indulge u into thoughts which are totally irrelevant and negative.. but trust me brother visas are on their way.. from my assumption, i think people with international travel history are throughly check in context to their background (security clearance)..

i think no lawyer can help you out if you dont qualify in current 28 occupation list....they will just loot u by asking hefty consultancy fees and u will get nothing...better you keep patience and wait for your turn...things will work out in your favour soon...

Nasibdar cho, bilkool time par documents moklavya....AOR 75 thi 90 divas ma aavi javu joiye, by the way, updates aapta rehjo forum ma....

આભાર દોસ્ત... હા બિલકુલ Time ઉપર ફાઈલ મોકલી હતી.. Lets see what happenes.. I have heared that NOC 4131 is very difficult to get clearance.. anybody with NOC 4131 here in group? Do share your experiece.
