paresh bhai, tamaru medical bahu jaldi avi gayu aney in process pachhi toa 3 divas maaj, maru in process 2 week thi chhe, aney 63 points official thay chhe, mari details maa hun 12+3 (BCA), MCSE MCSA MCTIP CCNA CCNE RHCE(redhat),MCP in SQL 2000, working as IT Manager and network manager since 8years 5months, in USA since 2years, before in France and india, I get IELTS 5.5 bandsonly so its covers 8points Iguess, for french I submitted my press Artical which I win the cultrual activity speech in 2004 at Paris mayor office, and Paris town mayor awarded certificate even in his speech he said the person from abroad speak nice french and explain lots of stuffs. that article published in paris No1 news paper like ours is Sandesh etc, so I submit that paper copy and certificate copy which is awarded by mayor office for excellence of cultural program win. my one friend he got visa on 62points in 2009 noc 0213 he have same problem and he had certificate that he cleare french exam but not TEF its another local exams held in france, he got visa and setteled down in toronto, now I applied and my case is In-process since 2weeks, worried for medical means on what date or after In-process in how many days can I get medical ? my question is when In-process is the status than they awarded my points and I cleared the stage of elligibility ? right?
I have to wait for medical now or they need mroe docs when case is InProcess?
