Dear friend

Yesterday, I have received interview letter form CHC ND. my interview is scheduled on 12 JAN 2012.

I don't know whether it is positive or negative? they have asked all document in original for education, employment(work experience), family configuration. with all application form with relationship proof and marriage proof.Also IELTS proof (which I have already submitted originally to Canada).also asked for Photo of each member.

They have also asked for Form-16, IT return,PF certificate and bank statements.
additional family info of spouse.

One more question they strongly addressed to send dependents fees before interview.I have new born baby, i have informed CHC by fax. her PP still need to apply. Can i send her application fees without her PP detail?

I don't know what they can ask in interview?
please guide me seniors.
i am really worried about interview.what is the processor?

HI Saurav,

DONT WORRY.....your Interview is just a SPOT CHECK (similar to quality assurance )...IMO.

This is why I say that and the things you need to do:

1. Your Interview is scheduled for 12 Jan 2012 and you were intimated on 19th Dec 2011. That means you got less than 1month to prepare for Interview. It is only fair in these situations that the applicant would go for a CAIPS request and CIC knows very well that CAIPS takes a minimum of 1month to be processed and an additional week to reach the applicant. Also, if tough questions were to be asked then you should got an Intimation from NDVO that you are in queue for an Interview, which obviously you did not get.

2. You have been asked for the WHOLE application package. Do you think you have problems in all those aspects?......I dont think so.

3. You have been asked for photos...that is a positive sign. CIC would ask for them only when they are sure about the final outcome of your application.

4. Be careful on marriage proof...as this was not added (was not required) during the time of application. Contact JasonBourne/Sonir on the docs they supplied on Marriage/relationship proofs. JB was also asked for PF and IT returns. This is to update CIC's file on you.

5. IELTS proof....you have already submitted...no need to orry...just take a copy an memorise how many points you got

6. Dont lose time for applying for your baby's PP...ASAP. If CIC is asking for it then - IT IS A MUST.....no playing around with their demands. Fees should ideally go with PP details. If not, then inform VO and include/despatch the processing fees for her.

7. Probably Nothing is wrong with your case but you have to be 100% informed about your own details....dont mess it up. Be calm and confident.

8 CIC always gets new officers and they need training too with REAL applicants, so you may be facing a new VO.....so play your game well.

9. Ask questions here on the forum to dissipate your worries.....

if it's system error than it will be clear soon wait this week and even 1more week. if it's rejection you will recieved letter by email or postal service within 30days maximum. meanwhile you can send case specific enquiry ot your VO. if it's rejection than VO will clearly mentioned about rejection to reply of your enquiry. if you get reply by VO somethingelse than your application is in-process and you are safe.

thanks for the reply omm. it has been almost a month since the status changed and we haven't received any letter from the VO. will send case specific enquiry after a week as the vo is closed due christmas.
one more thing, yesterday my address disappeared. does it mean anything?

you dont get any letter yet that's good sign, send case specific enquiry ND VO is closed for some few days only. address disappeared is not mean anything but some members get some request after address disappeared like additional doc request, MR ,RPRF , PP request. but in many cases it's e-case database error.

Hi,
Following is my timeline:
CIO received my application on 8th April, 2011.
They sent me email on 11th May, 2011 with my file no.

Since then it shows my case status as RBVO.
My visa office is Buffalo, US.

Can any one tell normally how long its takes to complete process?

jay, under noc 7321 & 7216 if applicant experience match atleast for 1year fulltime 75% all role and duties than CIO will accept application, this should be match all role duties to qualify. sometime CIO even VO also want some applicant that match atleast 85% NOC experience all role and duties than no problem to getting qualify.
but in this case it's not match or VO not satisfied with experience. My suggession is get good experience certificate from his all companies and explain nice role and duties than he can send application with that new experience certificate. many people re-write experience certificate from company to qualify under respected NOC's.

Hey Ommbhai plz help me out from the following 2 questions:

1. Education detail:
1st to 10th
2 yrs of ITI
then 12th as an external student ( private candidate) without attending school directly appeared in the HSC examination.

Then F.Y.
S.Y.
T.Y. Graduation

then MBA from USA ( 16 months ) his admission letter described tat he has to complete the course within 24 months but he has completed it in only 16 months.


2. Work experience
May 2003 to October 2003- Trainee
Nov 2003 to Dec 2005- assistant motor mechanic
Jan 2006 to may 2008 - Sr.Motor mechanic
Jan 2011 to till date - supervisor motor vehicle repair shop

he has already applied in the month of april under noc 7216. At tat time he mentioned all of the above experience in the same noc 7216. now he got negative ineligibility review stating tat he has not minimum one yr full time paid work experience according to the ministerial instruction .

So now he is confused about the noc coding abt his experience . When I saw his experience letter it seems tat his experience of a sr. Motor mechanic and an assistant motor mechanic would probably fall under noc 7321 and now by the 1st Jan he is going to complete 1 yr as a supervisor motor vehicle repair shop.

Can u plz look at the noc 7321 (B) & 7216 (B) and make me sure abt his noc coding.

One more question tat previously when he applied , he mentioned the noc 7216 for the all of the above position he held for his work , so now Is it possible that he can change the noc for Sr. Motor mechanic & assistant motor mechanic tat is not falling under 7216 and as per my view he has to right noc 7321 for this position and duties he performed.

So plz calculate point for his education and mention in the reply.
And yes plz calculate the point for his experience and mention it according to the noc and plz mention in the reply as per ur knowledge . As per ur knowledge how many yrs would be consider from his work experience to claim points.
