That's so quick, we are waiting since April with average time being 3 months

I'm not sure if you can get low cost, near transit with good schools and good parks and safe all in one, or everyone would be there =).

I think cost is going to be a big factor, but here are some general information...

If you are taking transit, that's fine, but traffic over most bridges is terrible, for example between richmond and vancouver, or surrey and Kodi nox anywhere.

Everyone who got approved at or around the same date as mine got theirs in 3 days. It has been 2 months and nothing so that is why I know its lost. According to IRCC it should take 6 weeks to arrive

You are right. Mine was apparently mailed to the wrong address in Jan do you know if anyone has faxed the declaration v/s post?

I send my first photo on March 24th and retake photo sent on May 27th. I think its better for you to link your PR card application, they might ask you to redo your photo and maybe lost. Call IRCC just to be sure
