No PAL doesn’t increase your chances. Why would you interview for a PAL? Once you have admission, you (or school) applies for PAL.okay i understand if i received pal then increase my chances or not too much affect this thing

You have to tell Canada that your student visa was refused. It is in the study permit application asking if you have received any refusals from any country. You say YES and declare it.How i mentioned this in sop? how desricbe? This refusal should also written in sop or not?
