I know this sounds stupid, but I am going through our emails and chat logs over the last year and a half to include as proofs..there are very few in there that I would say are appropriate for viewing, we REALLY miss each other alot...lol Can they be censored, or are they going to look at it like we are not being forthcoming with them? I don't want them to be offended by the content either, but we ARE newlyweds and we do not see each other much. What would you suggest? Thanks.

Be honest. Make a note explaining that you are presenting only the PG13 material.
Don't be offensive and include something sexually explicit, but provide an explanation if the amount of evidence you can put forth is reduced due to the nature of some of your content.

I hope this help.

You are not required to send them every email or chat you ever sent to each other. Some people have suggested sending a log of emails received - like a screenshot of your email inbox showing all the messages from each other - and then send actual copies of some of the emails or chats. They're probably not as interested in how you talk to each other as they are in the frequency in which you are contacting, and the length of time spent in conversation, etc.

We chatted online a lot in the early months of our relationship - but we had no idea that we'd one day have to "prove" our relationship because we weren't even thinking about marriage back then. So we kept nothing. Later we started talking by phone more often than chatting online - and emails were pretty much non-existent . . . we preferred "real-time" communication. By the time we married and applied for PR, we'd been in an LDR for four years - and there was no way we had "proofs" to cover that entire time. What we did have was phone bills for a few months that showed conversations totaling about 3000 minutes - and airline ticket stubs/itineraries showing 14 trips we made over a 16 month period of time. We had some cards, lots of photos of us together on every visit we made and from our wedding, and congratulations emails we received from friends and family on our marriage. And that was about it. They didn't seem to have any trouble determining that we were genuine. Ultimately we were still refused - but for a different reason.
