Graduated. Permit Expired. Restoration. PGWP. Out of status

My status expired as a student hence I had to apply for restoration and PGWP but I got refusal.Im not sure what I did wrong as the refusal said I should apply for restoration.Which I think I did because I paid the restoration fee as well and attached the receipt.Please guide if I’m lacking somewhere

So your PGWP was refused and what were the reasons? Did you study full-time, no breaks? Did your permit expire before the end of studies? Did you work while permit was expired? Did you study online? Included transcripts/completion letter? So many reasons your PGWP could have been refused.

You posted on another thread about PR. So you got ITA, applied and got AOR to apply for a BOWP? You were asking about it.

The reasons for refusal is that I did not apply for restoration which I did attach the receipt for restoration along.Otherwise I uploaded all required documents.Are the talking about explanation letter?
My PR process is still at “confirmation of Pr in the portal” which has been two months but I haven’t received the credentials for logging in.

Then send a webform asking for reconsideration showing you did provide proof of restoration of status. To be eligible for a BOWP, you need status as a worker/work permit.
