Government Shutdown 2019

I applied for Outland immigration for my spouse in November. It was recieved Nov 19 with no AOR yet.

My question is will the government shutdown effect my application as they're American? I've seen no posts as of yet about this topic so I was curious if anyone had any insight. There appears to be no end in sight And I'm worried we will be delayed past 12 months for them to get approved it is what it is I guess but seeking insight.

aors are taking up to 3 months to receive... i would think that the american government has no bearing on the canadian immigration process

I understand that but worry about the PA part...don't they need access to US government services to approve the PA?

i would think not... unless PA was in the military or worked for the government... i really dont think it will have an impact

is there an impact on exporting vehicles from USA to Canada due to the govt shutdown?
I am not able to reach out to CBP due to the shutdown, so I am not sure if I can export the vehicle even during shutdown. Weird...
Does anyone know if this is happening?
