Got Visa refusal for winter

Yesterday I received refusal.
Timeline:
Applied: 19 October 2020 with SOWP
Refusal: 13 November

Applicant summary:
Intended course: MEng in Industrial Engineering
University: Concordia University
Intake: Winter 2021
B.Sc in Mechanical 2009
EMBA : 2013
Manufacturing Engineer experience 10 years
Ielts: 6 not less than 6

Age is fine. Nothing wrong with it since you have mentioned your gap in your SOP.
something is not right. How could they start eligibility if they have not asked for biometric or medical submission. I think your application didn’t pass the preliminary check hence rejected right away.
Is this SDS or non SDS?
And yes IELTS is a culprit here. 6 is not enough at all.

Actually I got Biometric request letter after the day of submission. But, couldn't submit.
13 November they sent me a message that "we are regret to inform you that your application has been refused" same message has come to my spouse's application. But why application has been refused didn't mention there.
I am non-SDS from Bangladesh. If Ielts is only the problem, I definitely can overcome it but if it is age related, i m gone!

My friend got approved with 39 years age, 19 years gap, which he covered by job letters, it's not age.

I believe its your EMBA, switching between subjects of study gives the impression that you don't know what you want or that job prospects is not good, if you apply again, if you can, don't mention the EMBA, just your Batchelor and now you want to continue at master, fill the gap with work letters and you'll be fine.

IELTS is not a problem here. Many people got rejected with 7/7.5 band scores.

Actually EMBA is a professional degree not the technical one. I saw many people who got EMBA and approved for masters. Maybe I couldn't outline the degree that's why it got suspicious. However, if it is one of the reason I could tell them why this degree is not sufficient for my career prospect. Also, I believe to hide something is one kind of fraud which could lead 5 years ban. Better explaining by proper logic would be the best way. However, as I already mentioned it also not be wise to hide this thing during re-apply.

In this case, the VO clearly does not understand how Asian cultures work. Parents are always a priority & it becomes our duty to look after them until they are gone. I know what you are trying to say, but them disregarding parents as family is something I cant comprehend.

two year income tax assessment of me and my mother
Financial statement of sponsor
Summary of land assets for country tie
Payslip, salary certificate, explanation of money sources etc.
I showed 1 year budget cost of me and my wife(OWP) in financial planning(1 year tution&1 year living cost),

2. I'm not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200 (1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit
3. I'm not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200 (1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status

I plan to re-apply next month, will you please let me know what is the reason of "based on your travel history" and " the purpose of your visit" means? can you give me one of the example and what should I write to my new LOI?
