GOT VISA AFTER CLASS STARTED !! Urgent Help needed for ariival!!

Dear Members,

Please help me out!!!

I Applied for Study Permit in May 2014 -for attending Masters in Brock Uni. Got visa on 24th Aug 14 but class stared on 01 Aug.(LATE ARRIVAL NOT ACCEPTED). University next intake is in Aug-15 BUT TRV (LOI) Valid till March 2015.(means i must enter Canada by March 2015.)
So if i arrange new admission offer for next intake and May I arrive arrive canada in March?
Will immigration allow me arrive early?

Dear zuba, many congratulations on your visa approval. I have few questions. Before passing the date of classes start, did you informed to university that your visa is under process? Further as you mentioned that your course is not available in January intake, what steps have you taken to secure the refund of your semester fee which you might had pais? And did you informed to CIC that your classes are going to start and your visa is awaiting?

Yes I informed Uni about visa waiting,(also requested to allow late arrival but rejected)
Yes I also mailed to CIC about start deadline.
For refund i have not taken decision yet, as uni is saying that, I can join next intake.
I can wait till next intake no problem but ques is about entering in Canada with this permit within May.

Thanks for reply. I heard the for fee refund 10 day before of clases start, university should be informed. What do you say?

otherwise university does not refund fee. How did you secure your fee? What was the refund policy of your university? You did not allowed deffer to January nor university allowed to join with dely.

1. You can enter Canada anytime before March 2015. Must have a new LOA for the next intake.

Well many thanks. But arriving in March will be 4 months early from my class start date.
Would it be an issue at Airport immigration?
I heard students can arrive maximum 3 month early.

Your SP will become invalid 90 days if you are not enrolled/registered for classes.

CAN I CHANGE MY COURSE TO PG/GRADUATE DIPLOMA/SHORT COURSE STARTING IN JANUARY.
CAN I USE THIS TRV TO ARRIVE IN JANUARY 2015?
