Got the CSQ, Applied for PR, Medical Done.. now waiting :(

I got my CSQ (quebec selection certificate) in June 2011,
I applied for my PR same month.(Buffalo Office)

then I got email from 'OttPilot-Immigration' asking for medical in Nov 2011. (I thought My file is now in Ottawa office)
I did the medical, and my report has reached them by Dec 2011 (online status)

But since then, I have no update.

When I ask them on email, they told me: My file is with buffalo office, contact them.

I dont have any email id to contact buffalo office and ask for my status.

Is they normally take this much time?
Please share, if some body has any information for this case.

Hi after you receive ur federal file number your file will be transferred to Canadian embassy Amman to comlete the procedure. They will ask for police certificate for all countries you stayed more than 6 months if you still not yet sent them. They will ask you for medical after that you will pay 430 $ PR fees then get the visa. You should wait around 6 months minimum

I applied for federal as per application tracking record application reached at CIC office by 12 Nov 2012....I did not get any notification...
how much days will they take to say application received?
