Got SINP, should apply PR under normal stream or express entry?

Hey folks,

I just received my SINP and I'm wondering how should I apply for PR. Normal paper application or express entry application.

I was just looking through express entry links and it says that if SINP is given through express entry then only can apply under express entry.

it is really confusing.
Can anyone help?

Did you get SINP through their express entry category? or was it just another category?

You can apply (or I say you will get ITA) for PR under express entry only if the SINP you received was under express entry.

It does not matter how you got SINP, start Jan 1 , all the applicant have to apply through Express Entry, it's fast and only you can apply if you are invited to do so from CIC.

your nomination letter usually says whether u can apply through EE or not. There should be a note that you cant apply through EE down somewhere if your nomination letter is not eligible for EE

This is wrong. You can only apply through EE only if the province nominate you through their EE stream. For his situation, he has to apply through the normal process by sending document to CIC

How long did it take you from application to nomination? Did you receive any request to provide additional documents?
