Got rejected twice in US study visa

Hi,
my study visa application rejected twice by VO
now i am applying for Canada study permit
i am bit confused what i have to mention in
Have you even been refused a visa or permit of any country
if yes provide detail:
in what way i have to written the desire answer ??

You need to answer yes to this question in the application and explain that you have been refused a study visa to the US twice. I would state the dates of these refusals and the refusal reasons.

I would recommend you to ask US embassy for review. Don't apply for Canada, it sucks.

Yes, you need to clearly mention the refusal of US Visa: Dates, reasons and category.
Also, if reason of refusal from US was potential migrate or background, then chances of Canada Visa approval are extremely Slim.
Still you may try.

they didn't give as such rejection detail
just gave me (214)b clause
its a general clause
