GOT REJECTED FOR MY CANADIAN STUDY PERMIT TWICE

hello there I applied for a Canadian study permit and 1st time I got rejected due to Financial and assets documents and my immigration status and now I reapplied by fixing my errors now as my financial documents error has been resolve now I got the rejection due to my immigration status and purpose of visit to Canada
just to let you know I am a Pakistani citizen but was born and currently living in Saudi Arabia please suggest me what should I do now? i am really worried

hello everyone,
Good day!

I am Syed Nadir Hassan from Pakistan but was born and brought up in Saudi Arabia. I applied for my study permit from Saudi Arabia and got rejected twice the 1st time I got rejected through my counselor she applied without my father's payroll slip so I got rejected due to financial documents and another reason was my immigration status in Saudi Arabia she entered Permanent resident instead of Foreign national.

I reapplied for the study permit again and I got rejected again this time it was because of my Purpose of visit to Canada and immigration status.
Note ( We didn't fix the status thing in our 2nd application as well so we got the immigration status thing)

so I want to ask that if I re-apply with a stronger SOP letter and fix my immigration error is there a chance to get the study permit? or not
I have been admitted to centennial college Toronto in software engineering technology (Advanced diploma )
I was going to Canada after 12th (highschool) please guide me if you can

I have Pakistani intermediate board of education my marks were average, 60%

I showed them 34000 CAD (bank statements)
And all my property documents
I didn't apply for gcms notes

To prepare a strong sop and address VO's concerns, you must need gcms notes.

I applied on 21st October and I didn't received my Aip
2nd time i applied on November 19th and got my answer last week

The visa officer is not convinced that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay

I showed them 34000 CAD (bank statements)
And all my property documents
I didn't apply for gcms notes

I showed 36k CAD with spouse and refused. In this pandemic you must ensure the total tution fees and two year living cost as my assumption. Go for gcms to know exact reason. Your case is very similar to me. I believe you have to show more liquid asset(not property).
