Got PR without work experience reference letter?

Dear All, I had a question regarding work experience proof. I have 13 years of experience and all of that Is in the same NOC. I have recently change my job around 2 weeks back. Now my new employer is saying that as they haven't worked with me for significant amount of time yet, they will not be able to give me a reference letter. What should I do? I have a PNP Nomination but that was back when I was with my previous employer. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Iam a bank employee and i have been trying to get reference letter for long but none of my superiors collegues or hr is willing to give the same. So am planning to notarise my self declared letter. Is there anyone from bank who has done this

I am also a bank employee and unable to get it from HR or colleagues or Manager. Have you submitted your application? What did you do?

As of now we are planning to submit self affidavit along with all supporting documents we could gather from bank.

Hi Folks Need your expert advice

I have the reference letter from the employer on the letterhead with all the necessary details like hours of work, designation, Department, Start Date End Date, Salary, Employee details, Company Details
I was working as a Programmer analyst, NOC Code 2174 , My company has listed only 2 Job Responsibilities on my reference letter generic to that role.
I have a declaration from a colleague regarding my job responsibilities personally signed by him and have his Employee ID Card and all details. Will also include LOE explaining the case

Document I Have

1.Offer Letter
2.Appointment letter
3.Experriecne Letter
4.Salary Slips /Full and final salary slip letter
5.Reference letter
6.Award Letter
7.Reference letter from a colleague with his sign and his details along with ID card


Are the above Documents enough to claim the work experience?

Hi guys,

I have a query regarding my work experience, I have switched my job 6 months back and didn't claim any points for this work experience while applying for OINP, as I already have more than 6 years of exp. I did add about my new job in the 'Work History' section as it's an important change. I am confused at the moment, if I need to remove this from work history and add it to just 'Personal History' section as I don't want to inform my current employer about my future plans. Will this be risky for my application(removing it from Work History after receiving ITA)?
However, this doesn't add to my points anyhow. Kindly provide your suggestions on this.

I have one query regarding the post-process of pnp/ express entry......Is it mandatory to submit the reference letter from all previous employers? What happens if I fail to submit...I am really afraid of it because my previous employer will not be going to give the reference letter to me for some reason (I quit the job due to no salary for 3-4 months). Is there any alternative to the reference letter...Pls suggest me some options..

Thank you for still keeping this group active active after so many years. It's very motivational to see that people who made it to PR are still helping us.

I comes under NOC 1122 and my employer refused to give me reference letter. Neither my manager is helping me in this scenario so i am planning to self write it and notarized it.
I have my salary slips so I can show that as well. I have my office id, I have my digital office card. But i have a question.

I want to include my offer letter but when I joined this organization 5 years back, I was a call center employe and then promoted my way up here. Showing my offer letter, it's indicated that call center representative.

What should I do in this situation
