Hi - I just got an invite to apply for Ontario PNP. However, letter is not clear on next steps. Can someone please explain the next steps to me ?
Thanks, Prashant
Thanks, Prashant
Thanks for trying to help but that doesn't make much sense, considering that I got a "notification" email from donotreply@cic.gc.ca along the lines of "hey check out your new message at the CIC Portal." And this is what the CIC Portal message reads:nads1 said:You should respond via the same email saying you would like to accept the invitation then complete the forms.
There is no need to do this.nads1 said:You should respond via the same email saying you would like to accept the invitation then complete the forms.
Here is how it works, after you receive PT from ontario, fill their nomination form, collect all documents listed in their checklist, make DD of 1500 cad and dispatch the package to ontario with 45 days of receiving PT.G.Singh said:Hi guys,
I woke up today and saw an elusive email lying unread in my hotmail accounts which said that I need to check MyCIC account for a message. And when I did, the message started with line "The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry". Now since I've minimal understanding of Canadian PNP Programs, my question are:
1)Is this like I am accepted for being a part of the draw that Ontario will conduct deciding who gets the actual 'nomination' (read 600 Points in EE) within the set quota for this year:2015?
2)Do I have to pay 1500 right now or when sending application with all docs? Is there any fee after receiving ITA also?
3)So lets hope I do get 600 points and since I've no hope of getting through normal EE entry soon(CRS being less than 450), how long it takes till PR if I accept to follow this route?
4)And lastly, what are the points/things/document that carry max risk for rejection at a later stage for people who follow this route?
Thanks and I hope someone can enlighten me, maybe atleast a bit,
Cheers,
Guru
