Got my VISA

I have been a regular visitor to this forum and have been going thro' all of the posts. Was really worried about my future due to the strike.

It's my turn to let everyone know.. finally I got my VISA.

Here is my timeline:

Applied on Jul 2 (Tuesday) thro VFS Mumbai
App rec'd by CHC DEL on Jul 3 (Wednesday) (status on VFS tracking - Under processing)
Rec'd email from CHC DEL today (Monday) Jul 8 - Application approved
VFS tracking shows - Passport dispatched thro' Bluedart courier.

10=66%
12=74%
IELTS= L=7.5,R=6.0,W=6.0,S=5.5,..overall=6.5
i will submit my file nearby 15july,,,bcz i not yet receive my gIC ,,as wire transfer has been made on 2july...

From what I was advised is- be careful with checklist. Additional docs are a No and they also see financial stability. For the most part, it's on their mood.

My dad is funding most of it and a bank loan.

I didn't go thro any consultant. My brother in law in Canada was helping me with all the paper work.

IELTS - 6
Paid -1st year Tuition
GIC - Scotia
Bank loan
Bank Statement of balance & Dad's job letter
