Financial support : I guess the The programme that I applied for is a CiviL Engineering Co-Op programme, It will cost around 76000 CAD$ in total 4 year duration but it will take 5 years to compleate in co-op way,I'm willing to show 150000$CAD in my parents bank account ,Theres account has a wealthy Transactions,
Do I need to show more money?
People told me To show double amount of money of the cost of total duration,is that so?

I'm also willing to take both of my parent's sponsorship individually,The both are businessman in papers (Actually my mom) , But I need to show her reference as most of our property is in her name
So, I'll take 2 sponsorship :My father & My mother , I'll show both of their property through CA ferms as well as their bank accounts , Is it can make them satisfy to give me VISA?

My Father & My mother both are the owner of our business company, You mentioned that You showed them the Employment Certificate of your dad stating his share of investment in his company and the profit that he earns yearly,How can I make one of them?
I wanna show the Stocks invesment of my parents but dont know how to show that,Any way?

5.What does this mean by AFFIDAVIT of all info? How to make this?
6.Do you took help from any Immigration agency or law-yer?

No, you don't need to show twice the amount required. Although its a 4 year program, the expenses must be shown for ONE year only. That means (76,000/4) + living expenses + ticket fare + 10,000 (additional). What you have is more than enough. I showed around CAD$78,000 as liquid money even though my first year tuition fees were $31,000. So you can stop worrying about liquid money as the VO is more interested in your sponsor's income and properties

There is no telling to what EXACTLY would fulfill a VO's want but property evaluation documents from CA firms make your application stronger as VO can match the details from the CA's statement in support to the properties mentioned on the affidavit.

My father's employment certificate was issued by the company's managing director, stating exactly what amount of shares he had and what his annual profit was. I also attached the company's "joint stock" which states the names of directors of the company and it is government approved.

You will need your sponsor's bank statements (FDRs included) and photocopies of deeds of the properties. Ask him (just for the sake of asking ) what documents are required to prepare the statement.

Family tie, in case of visa issuance, also needs to be expressed in monetary value. The properties that you mentioned and your flats (in short: ALL THE FIXED ASSETS including land, apartment, shops, etc) need to be declared on the affidavit and their values should also be mentioned along with their address.

Ask your father to get an employment certificate issued from someone who holds a higher position in that company (chairman, managing director, etc)

I honestly have no idea how it affects a student's application but since VO expects you to state the truth, you should mention it. I don't think it would have any negative effect at all because a family member holding a military rank would obviously never be involved in anything wrong . In fact, it might just strengthen your app

2. Rental deeds are not required. I wanted to submit my dad's rent agreement but the VFS people did not accept it. Just be sure to mention your source of rent on the affidavit.
3. Property should be shown on the affidavit and you can also submit a statement from the CA.
4. Yes the VO definitely wants to know what your sponsor's income is.
5. Affidavit is a notarized declaration of sponsorship that states your sponsor's financial condition. Give me your email address and I will mail you a sample. VOs are aware of the frauds in our country and therefore, they put their major bet on the affidavit (as it is notarized on stamp papers).

You should also prepare a "study plan" that could make your application stronger. I'll mail some samples to your email address once I have it.
