Your father's cousin is just a relative and not considered as a family/immediate family member. So no need to get into that. Just tick the NO.

I am not completely sure but that's what my logic says As far as I know, these kinds of questions are only concerned about family members ONLY. They are least bothered about distant family members like cousins.
