When and how did you get your File number?
You sent the application through tcs or FedEx?

I'm not sure what you mean by file number, there is however an application number written on my medical call Letter which I received on the 4th of Oct . i sent my case through TCS.

you are given File number ... Not sure how .. But I seen many posts that you are given file number/reference number ...

Yar I don't really quebec has anything to do with quick visa. Anyway no point arguing over that. I'm a post graduate student and live in Karachi. If you're from Karachi as well then I can PM you my consultant's number. He's a nice guy. Although at first I hired student's solution but the guy didn't help much so I approached another consultancy, and this guy is a lot better and friendly. I'll Pm you his contact number.
