WES has free equivalency tool: https://applications.wes.org/ca/degree-equivalency-tool/
Most of the time what you get in this tool is the same result they will give you.

If the equivalent is only 2 years, I suggest you try ICES or IQAS because most of the people I know who got 2 yrs equivalent had theirs reassessed from ICES or IQAS and they got a 3 yrs equivalent.

The only advantage of WES I guess is that they process the ECA much faster compared to the other assessing bodies.

I tried the tool and the equivalent is 2years. What will happen if it only equals to 2 years?

Hello guys, I would like to apply to Manitoba PNP by the means of Manitoba supporter ( close friend). I got score 75 out of 100 due to assessment. But I wonder how is further pool score converted?

This is where they based the scores for the draws.

If you score at least 550+ then you have a chance to be drawn in the coming months. The lowest ever drawn in the history of MPNP draws was 519, but it would maybe take a year before it goes down to that score again. The ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate in the most recent draw (#61) was 564.

Just showing you the picture so you can assess whether MPNP is for you. You can try other provinces too if your occupation is included in their in-demand list. Good luck!:)

Hi received my LAA last February 22. Accepted and submitted my application and documents last March 24. What would be the next steps? How long will it take after submission?

After submission of full application, your Manitoba supporter will get an email to submit the Settlement Plan 2 and then after a while will get a call for interview.

You can check my signature line to give you an idea about my processing time. It took almost 6 mos for the whole process from date of submission of full app until LOA/Nomination. Hope this helps. Good luck!:)

Please read here: https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/general-mpnp-policies/eoi-submission/

and check if your occupation is on this list: https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/in-demand-occupations/

Having a Close Relative is what makes the score higher because it is 200 points. Check here: https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/general-mpnp-policies/sw-eoi-ranking/

Hope this helps. Good luck!:)

Few questions based on your signature line. I dont have a Manitoba supporter. I was the one who submitted my Settlement Plan, will i still go thru on the submission of SP2? I can see that you have dates on the assessment period, do they inform you that its pending and in process? Sorry too many questions:-)

So what is your pathway if you don't have a Manitoba supporter (close relative or friend)?

Please read this: https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/general-mpnp-policies/sw-laa/

We submitted our full app with settlement plan and that is different from settlement plan 2!

I only based the dates by logging in to my MPNP account. Read: https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/2014/04/17/mpnp-application-status-check/
